Shipping policy

Everything is packed and shipped from Louisiana, usually within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

RATES

Standard shipping — $8
Free standard shipping on orders over $70
Express shipping — $15

Standard orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days, express in 1–3, once the carrier has them. These are estimates rather than guarantees — carriers occasionally run late and that part is out of our hands.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship internationally through USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.

WRONG ADDRESS?

Email us right away at southernstandardd@gmail.com. If your order hasn't gone out yet we can almost always fix it. Once a package ships we can't reroute it.

LOST OR DAMAGED

If a package arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn't there, get in touch within 7 days and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
